基础教育项目Kupera的文化，世界观和语言意识提供了基于研究的文化，世界观和教育意识的观点。The project is carried out cooperatively by the University of Helsinki Centre for Educational Assessment (CEA), other research groups at the Faculty of Educational Sciences, the Forum for Culture and Religion FOKUS, and the steering committee of Arto Kallioniemi’s position as UNESCO Chair on Values, Dialogue and Human Rights in Education. KUPERA also cooperates with other projects, networks and universities. The project is funded by the Finnish National Board of Education.

KUPERA produces learning material on the Finnish language for basic education that is differentiated according to pupils’ skill levels, specifically taking into account the needs of those learning Finnish as a second language, and learning material in support of dialogue on cultures and worldviews for different school grades.
